Managing Your License and Dashboard
V4 Quick Answer
Manage your Link Whisper account at linkwhisper.com. In WordPress, use the Link Whisper Dashboard for site health, scans, link reports, and AI activity. Your premium license controls WordPress site activations; Link Whisper AI credits are managed separately.
Current plan site limits
Current premium plans support these site limits:
- Starter: 1 site
- Growth: 3 sites
- Pro: 10 sites
- Agency: 50 sites
Plan limits, pricing, and available options can change. Check the current pricing page before making a purchase or upgrade.
Find your downloads and subscription details
- Sign in at linkwhisper.com.
- Open My Account.
- Use Downloads for plugin files and license-key information, and Subscriptions for subscription details and the account controls currently available to you.
Activate or move a license
To activate Link Whisper on a WordPress site, install the Link Whisper Premium plugin, then open Link Whisper → Settings → Licensing and enter the license key from your purchase account.
To move an activation, use the current license or site-management controls in your Link Whisper account to deactivate the old site, then activate the license on the new site. Deactivation frees the site slot; it does not remove internal links already inserted in the old site.
If the old site is inaccessible or your activation count does not match the sites shown in your account, contact support with the account email, license key reference, affected site URLs, and the exact error message. Do not send your password or API key.
Use the V4 Dashboard
In WordPress, open Link Whisper → Dashboard. Dashboard V6 provides the current site overview, including:
- Site Health metrics and priority alerts
- Link coverage, link activity, and summary information
- Remaining AI credits and AI activity
- Recent activity and links to detailed reports
- Run Scan for refreshing link and target-keyword data
V4 uses separate report screens for the Links Report, Orphan Posts Report, Broken Links Report, Domains Report, Clicks Report, and Visual Sitemaps. Large scans may continue in the background, so check the current task status before starting another scan.
Refresh scan and report data
- Open Link Whisper → Dashboard.
- Click Run Scan.
- Review the scan status for link and keyword processing.
- Return to the relevant report when the data is available.
If a report looks incomplete, confirm that the scan has finished and that the relevant content type is included in Link Whisper → Settings → Content Scope. Review the scan status and use the current V4 Dashboard controls for the next step.
Manage AI credits separately
AI credits are separate from the WordPress license activation count. Open Link Whisper → AI Subscription to view your balance, plan, renewal details, purchases, and AI Credit History. You can buy on-demand credits or select an available monthly AI plan there. Do not add a personal OpenAI API key for the current Link Whisper AI workflow.
Upgrade or cancel
For premium license changes, open My Account → Subscriptions and use the manage or upgrade control shown for your subscription. Current options and pricing are displayed during checkout.
To stop future subscription renewals, use the cancellation control in your account settings. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund a payment that has already been processed. See the current Terms for the applicable details.
